Refund Policy

Updated: April 29, 2026

Every club gets a free 30-day trial with full feature access before any payment is taken, so you can decide whether MCMM is the right fit before you ever pay us. This policy explains what happens when you cancel after that point and the limited situations in which a credit is issued.

1. All payments are non-refundable

All subscription fees — monthly and annual — are non-refundable. The 30-day trial is the period for deciding whether the Service fits your club; once you choose a paid plan and a payment is taken, we do not refund it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund what you have already paid.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the admin panel. After cancellation, your club continues to use the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges are made and your data export remains available throughout that period and the standard archive grace window that follows.

3. Monthly plans

Cancelling a monthly plan stops auto-renew. Your access continues to the end of the current billing cycle; we do not pro-rate the unused portion of the month.

4. Annual plans

Cancelling an annual plan stops auto-renew. Your access continues to the end of the paid year. We do not refund or pro-rate the remaining months. If you need to step down to a smaller plan mid-year, the value of the remaining time is converted into months of the smaller plan instead of refunded — see “Mid-cycle downgrade” below.

5. Mid-cycle downgrade (annual plans)

If you downgrade an annual plan mid-cycle, we calculate the remaining value of what you paid and convert it into months of the new, smaller plan at its monthly rate. Service continues without interruption; nothing is paid back as cash.

6. Add-ons and overage

Add-on modules and tiered overage fees (LINE messages or slip verifications above your plan’s quota) are billed for usage that has already happened and are not refundable.

7. Reactivation fee

If your account is locked for non-payment and you bring it current, a reactivation fee applies (shown on the Pricing page). This fee is part of bringing the account back online and is not refundable.

8. Service credits for significant outages

If we cause a significant outage that materially affects your club’s ability to use the Service, we may issue a service credit on a case-by-case basis, applied to your next invoice. Service credits are not paid out as cash refunds.

9. How to raise a concern

If you believe a charge is incorrect — duplicate billing, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or similar — contact us through the Contact page with your club name and the invoice number. We will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.
