Refund Policy

We want you to feel that MCMM is the right tool for your club. If it is not, this policy explains what we will refund and how.
1. Fourteen-day money back
New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within fourteen (14) days of your first charge, no questions asked. Just contact us and we will reverse the payment to the original method.
2. Annual plans
Annual plans cancelled after the fourteen-day window are refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused full months remaining in the term, less any applicable transaction fees from the payment processor. Partial months and add-on usage already consumed are not refunded.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate within a month, but we also do not charge you for the next one — your access continues to the end of the cycle you have already paid for.
4. Add-ons and overages
Add-on modules and overage fees (for example, members beyond your plan quota or messages above the included allowance) are billed for usage that has already happened and are not refundable.
5. Service credits
If we cause a significant outage that affects your club’s ability to use the Service, we will issue a service credit on a case-by-case basis, applied to your next invoice. Service credits are not paid out as cash refunds.
6. How to request a refund
Send a refund request through the Contact page or directly to your account manager. Please include your club name, the invoice number, and the reason for the request. We aim to process eligible refunds within ten (10) business days of receiving the request; the time it takes to land in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with a decision, please reply to our response and we will escalate it for a senior review. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.
