Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MCMM (the “Service”), a platform operated from Thailand for motorcycle clubs and similar associations. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and eligibility

The Service is intended for adults registering on behalf of a motorcycle club or similar association. By creating an account you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the law of your jurisdiction (in Thailand, the age of majority is 20). You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. The platform offers built-in tools — password, 2FA, passkeys, recovery codes, and security alerts — to help you secure your account; if you suspect any unauthorised access, change your password and contact us through the in-app support flow.

2. Your club’s data

The Service is multi-tenant: each club’s roster, payments, communications, and history belong to that club. We process this data on the club’s behalf in line with our Privacy Notice. We do not sell your data, share it outside your club without authorisation, or use it to train third-party models.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content;
• attempt to access another club’s data, probe our infrastructure for vulnerabilities, or interfere with normal operation;
• reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell the Service without our written consent;
• upload material that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with notice where reasonable.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in Thai Baht (THB). All fees are non-refundable; cancelling stops auto-renew and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Every new club gets a free 30-day trial with full feature access before any payment is taken — that is the period for deciding whether the Service fits. Member quotas, included modules, and tiered overage rates for each plan are listed on the Pricing page and govern the terms of your subscription.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. You retain all rights to the content your club uploads. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process and display it as needed to operate the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in advance through the admin panel. Either party may terminate the agreement at the end of any billing cycle. After termination, your data is preserved for ninety days during which you can sign in to export it; on day ninety, it is permanently deleted from our production systems. Audit-log records (financial records for five years, security and data records for two years) are retained beyond that window where required by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.
