Points engine plus a wallet card members carry on their phone.
What it does
Optional add-on that turns the basic membership module into a loyalty program. Members earn points for the activities your club rewards — joining runs, paying dues on time, contributing to community work — and carry a digital membership card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet that updates automatically.
Key features
- Points engine — Configurable rules for how points are earned and redeemed. Tie awards to event attendance, dues paid, votes cast, or anything you track.
- Apple Wallet & Google Wallet pass — One tap to install. The card stays current on every dues renewal, role change, and points balance update — pushed silently to the member’s phone.
- Member tier badges — Optional tiers (e.g. Bronze / Silver / Gold) computed from points or tenure, shown on the card and in the member directory.
- Card revoke / reissue — Lost a phone, left the club, suspended a member? Revoke or reissue the pass from the admin panel; the card on the old phone stops working immediately.
- QR check-in — The card carries a signed QR. Door staff at events scan it for instant identity + dues check.
How it works
Turn the module on in Settings → Modules. Configure the point rules that fit your club. Members already on the roster get an “Add to Wallet” button on their home screen; new members see it during onboarding.
The card is not a static image — it’s a live pass. When a member pays dues, the expiry date on their phone updates within seconds. When they earn points, the balance ticks up. No re-issuing, no re-printing, no PDFs.
Behind the scenes, the module rides on the same audit trail and tenant rules as the rest of MCMM. Issuance, revocation, and points adjustments are all logged.
