Events
Plan rides, bookings, hotel rooms, and donations.
What it does
Every run is a small project — riders to count, hotel rooms to book, donations to collect, a route to share. The events module gathers all of that into one page per run, so the organiser stops juggling LINE threads and the riders stop asking the same questions.
Key features
- Run page — One canonical place for the route, the start time, the cost, and the rules.
- RSVPs with detail — Going, not going, plus-one. Capture pillion riders, bike model, and shirt size if you need it.
- Hotel rooming — Block rooms, let members pick roommates, see who still needs a bed.
- Donations — Collect for fuel, charity, or a memorial run with a per-rider suggested amount.
- Member vs guest pricing — Different rates surface automatically based on the rider’s membership status.
- LINE broadcast — Push the run page into your LINE group with a single button.
How it works
An admin creates the run, sets the date, the meeting point, and the cost breakdown. Members see it on their phone the moment it’s published — they tap to RSVP, pick a room if rooming is on, and pay if a deposit is required. The organiser watches a live count of confirmed riders, paid riders, and rooms still open.
On run day, the same page is the source of truth. Cancellations, refunds, and last-minute additions stay attached to the run record, so when the next run gets planned, the lessons travel with it.
