What it does
Sell club shirts, patches, helmets, parts — whatever the club moves — through a real shop the members carry in their pocket. Variants, bundles, and pickup logistics work the way a member expects from any modern store.

- Variants — Size, colour, fit. Stock tracked per variant so you don’t oversell a single XL.
- Bundles — Sell a shirt + patch + sticker pack as one line item with one price.
- Pickup points — List real locations on a map. Members pick the one closest to them.
- Shipping option — When a member can’t make a pickup, fall back to shipping with rate per zone.
- QR pickup — The buyer shows a QR; the volunteer at the pickup table scans and marks delivered.
- Refunds, transparently — Refund owed appears on the member’s order screen, not buried in a thread.
How it works
An admin sets up the product with variants and stock. The member browses, adds to cart, picks a pickup point, and pays. The order moves through clear states — paid, ready, picked up — and the member sees every transition.
On pickup day, the volunteer doesn’t need a spreadsheet. They scan QR codes, the order updates in real time, and the buyer gets a “Confirm received” button on their own phone. Refunds, partial shipments, and corrections happen through the same flow — no off-system bookkeeping.
